ERROR: "PR_PROFILE_USER is 'NULL'" (4263203)

Mails  are  not being processed since certain date and the follow errors  are  in the ESM logs:

ERROR: PR_PROFILE_USER is 'NULL' when it should be '/o=Quest/ou=First Administrative Group/cn=Recipients/cn=Example'; aborting profile creation.

Mail in the journal mailbox is not being processed by the Dataloader and the following error is seen in the data loader log:

This occurs in Archive Manager environments  when  Outlook is installed on the Archive Manager Application Server after installing Exchange System Manager tools.

Uninstall Outlook and Re-install the Exchange System management  tools and this will install the correct version of MAPI.
