Description
When using the Exchange Utility to update the ArchiveManager URL the following error appears in the log:

Cause
The most likely cause of this error is lack of permissions for the user account used to run the Exchange Utility. -
Resolution
The Exchange Utility should always be run as the account that is running the Archive Manager Exchange Store Manager Service (ESM). This account by default is ArchiveMgr_ESM. Log into the server with this account and run the utility.

Additional Information
There have been instances where UAC prevents "run as different user" from applying the permissions correctly. It is best to log into the server with the ArchiveMgr_ESM account to run the utility.
