Cause
There may be an issue with the SSL Certificate for the Archive Manager website on the Outlook client. Attempting to reach the AM website URL within the Outlook Web Browser will bring up the following warning: "Revocation information for the security certificate for this site is not available. Do you want to proceed?"
OR
The URL configured on AM configuration editor is not accessible via IE on the local machine

Resolution
1. Uncheck the "Check for server certificate revocation" option in Internet Explorer and restart Outlook.
2. Check if the AM URL is accessible from the local machine. You might need to create a local host entry or DNS record to resolve the site.
