Description
User 's mailbox are moved from Server 1 to Server 2.
Unable to Setup Profile Message appears. -
Cause
The Active Directory Connector has not yet updated the User's mailbox to the new mail server location.
The Active Directory connector service updates the profile once a day -
Resolution
Restart the Archive Manager Active Directory Connector Service.
