Computers are deploying patches from a schedule when I have no computers selected -

All devices is not ticked.There are no Device Labels selected.There are no Devices selected.There is an Operating System selected. -
Resolution
This is working by design. If you have an Operating System selected and nothing else, this will run on all computers with that operating system at the scheduled time or when doing a run now.
If this is now what you wanted, you should configure the Device Labels and Devices to further filter down to what you want.
Alternatively you can remove the patch schedule (although somebody doing a run now will still trigger it to run) or remove the patch schedule entirely.
