Description
When a user logs in to the user portal it is possible to see which user started downloading a software package from the user library. -
Resolution
The K1000 the USER_HISTORY table tracks which user requested which file from the user library for download.
Look at these entries with a MYSQL query browser and could also make a custom report to view these entries.
