Outlook clients get "This message has been archived..." using SSL or HTTPS website. (4258690)

Outlook clients get "This message has been archived, please click here to open the message." while opening messages. The website is in Trusted websites list and windows authentication is set correctly.

This could happen in an environment where Archive Manager (AM) configured to use SSL. Internet Explorer will prompt warning that certificate issued for different site. It is true if it was issued for AM server's name but not for AM's website.

There are two workarounds for the issue:

1. Reissue and re-apply certificate for AM's website
2. Uncheck "Warn about invalid site certificate" option in Internet Explorer's

• Go to Tool Internet Options
• Click on Advanced Tab
• Scroll down to Security section
• Uncheck "Warn about invalid site certificate" option as show on picture below.

• Close all Internet Explorer windows
• Restart Outlook
