Check for any potential issues that could be locking or preventing access to the file, such as an antivirus.
By default, the files are located in \ProgramData\Quest\Recovery Manager for Active Directory\ , with the file names:
- ERDiskAD.mdb
- Backups.mdb
Try re-applying the NTFS folder permissions (Full control to currently logged on user) to these files as well, this has fixed the issue previously.
