How to enable a new license with KACE Appliances (4256525)

The change of the license will reboot the appliance so be aware of this!

Renew the license with a K1000 SMA standard appliance

1. Login into the admin user interface under k1000/adminui
2. Go to Settings | Appliance Updates and enter the license key from the email you got from licensing into the field
   "License Information"
3. Hit the Update-Button. This will reboot the appliance and after the appliance came back the new license is activated

Renew the license with a K1000 SMA orgs enabled appliance

1. Login into the system  interface under k1000/systemui
2. Go to Settings | Appliance Updates and enter the license key from the email you got from licensing into the field
   "License Information"
3. Hit the Update-Button. This will reboot the appliance and after the appliance came back the new license is activated

Renew the license with a K2000 SDA or K2000 SDA RSA appliance

1. Login into the appliance
2. Go to Settings | Registration and Licensing
3. Enter the license in the License Key Field and hit the Save button

With SDA version 7.2 and newer the RSA appliances are updating their licenses during the sync with the main SDA.
