During Installation Server reboots and MessageStats attempt to uninstall when server comes back u (4248007)

During the MessageStats install the Server prompst for a reboot to complete the installation. Upon reboot the Messagestats installer opens and begins uninstalling MessageStats.

This is a Known Issue with MessageStats when installing using an account other than the specified Service account.

WORKAROUND 1:

1. Expand the MessageStats node
2. Right Click the MessageStats server and click Properties
3. Select the Scheduler Service Credentials tab
4. Enter the credentials for your service account
5. Click OK
6. Expand the Task Executions Servers node
7. Right click your servername and select Properties
8. Select the DCOM Credentials Tab
9. Enter the credentials for your service account
10. Click OK
11. Right Click the Tasks node and select Properties
12. Select the Task Credentials tab
13. Enter the credentials for your service account
14. Click OK
15. Reboot the MessageStast server
16. Verify that the Quest MessageStats Scheduler Service is started correctly
17. Open the MessageStats console and connect to your Exchange Organization
