WORKAROUND 1:
Login to the Messagestats server as the Service account and run the Messagestats Install
WORKAROUND 2:
During the MessageStats install designate the currently logged on user as the service account
Once the installation is complete, In the MessageStats Console update the Service account credentials to the correct account:

Expand the MessageStats node

Right Click the MessageStats server and click Properties

Select the Scheduler Service Credentials tab

Enter the credentials for your service account

Click OK
-
Expand the Task Executions Servers node
-
Right click your servername and select Properties
-
Select the DCOM Credentials Tab
-
Enter the credentials for your service account
-
Click OK
-
Right Click the Tasks node and select Properties
-
Select the Task Credentials tab
-
Enter the credentials for your service account
-
Click OK
-
Reboot the MessageStast server
-
Verify that the Quest MessageStats Scheduler Service is started correctly
-
Open the MessageStats console and connect to your Exchange Organization
