When trying to access the Archive Manager website it fails with errorServer Error in / Application

Host Header Value not set or missing in Archive Manager Website on remote server.
Active Server Pages is set to Prohibited within IIS | Web Service Extensions
1. Open IIS Manager on the Archive Manager server, Right Click on the ArchiveManager Website and select Properties.
2. On the Web Site tab, Click on the Advanced button
3. Verify that the URL host headers you are using exist in the Multiple identities for this Web site list. (if not, please add)
4. Click OK | OK.
5. Select Web Service Extensions.
6. Confirm that Active Server Pages is Allowed. If not, right click and select Allow option.
7. ASP.NET V1.1 and ASP.NET v2.0 should also be allowed. If not, enable them as per step 6.
8. On the client machines, open IE and click Tools | Internet Options | Security | Local Intranet | Sites | Advanced. Check that all the Archive Manager host header URLs are entered.
In Archive Manager 5x and greater to change the host header
1. Open the Configuration Console
2. Click the website tab
3. Enter the correct value for the host header and click Apply.
