From name is missing after doing an HTML export
Description

When exporting in html the from name is missing for emails within angle brackets.
Cause

Anything in HTML format with <> around it is read by HTML as code, and not displayable data.
This is expected and cannot be changed when using HTML as a means of exporting.
Resolution

This is expected behavior.
