Some Archive Manager Messages Open and Some Do Not - Receive a 404 Error: "Sys is undefined" (4238975)

Certain messages when opened using the Archive Manager User Interface, give a 404 error, and will not open.
Error description in IE error reporting may say "Sys is undefined"

The HTML body of the message contains hidden javascript with a redirect (as if the user copied a webpage from IE and pasted it into Outlook and sent it). When the browser sees the redirect, it executes it, thereby moving the user away from the message they are trying to view.

WORKAROUND

A workaround is to disable javascript on the client's browser before viewing the message.

STATUS

CR 47337 has been added to deal with this issue, it is due to be resolved in the 3.8 version or 4.0 at the latest.
