Getting Access Denied errors for some folders and files -
Description
The job completes but some folders and files show an Access Denied error. -
Resolution
Confirm the account that the (SC) Secure Copy job runs as in a member of the Local Administrators and Backup Operators groups on the Source and Target.
Check to see if the folders and/or files in question have been encrypted. When the files are encrypted by Windows, they use a certificate tied to the user account that enabled the encryption which prevents SC (as well as Windows) from copying the data.
If possible, disable the encryption and try the SC job again. -

I had one customer case where select the Offline/Stub files To copy offline/stub files: 1. Click Jobs, and expand the job. 2. Click Other File Options. 3. Select "Copy off-line files/stub files".
