Description
When trying to install RMAD the following error may occur:
"Error - 2147467259: failed to create SQL database: RecoveryManager- Reporting-RMADServerName, error detail: unknown error"

Resolution
Ensure the account that is running the installation has the following SQL server rights:
- dbcreator
- securityadmin
This can also be caused when TLS 1.0 is disabled on Windows Server 2016 machines, and additionally when the current logged on user cannot overwrite the existing database (Reporting and ForestRecoveryPersistence).
