The Cmdlet listed in the error does not match the cmdlets that can be run against the particular Exchange server role.
In addition there may be HTTP 500 errors similar to the following logged in the IIS logs of the Exchange servers:

Cause
The Spotlight on Messaging Diagnostic console does not restrict the cmdlets run against the servers based on the role of the server. -
