Description
When trying to uninstall the Backup Agent from a DC, the following error is shown:
"Unable to set up Quest Backup Agent for Active Directory because a backup operation is in progress on this computer. To set up Quest Backup Agent for Active Directory, wait for the backup operation to finish"

Resolution
Confirm there are no backups currently running against the DC. If there are no backups currently running, delete the ERDisk.lck file found under the following folder on the DC:
C:\Windows\RecoveryManagerAD
