Connection Timeout errors can appear in any of the services or in the Website.
This can be caused by a busy SQL server.
WORKAROUND
1. Open Registry Editor on the Archive Manager server
2. Depending on the bitness of Windows go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Aftermail (32-bit Windows) or HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Wow6432Node\Aftermail (64-bit Windows)
3. Add the string value "CommandTimeout" with a value of 86400 then close registry editor.
4. Run IISReset
