Cause
Microsoft Security Bulletin MS07-003 - Vulnerabilities in Microsoft Outlook Could Allow Remote Code Execution (925938) i.e - office2003-KB924085-FullFile-ENU.exe is installed.
This hotfix conflicts with the old Archive Manager form for Exchange and impacts all versions of Archive Manager prior to 3.8 -
Resolution
WORKAROUND
Upgrade to the latest version of ArchiveManager.
If the latest version is installed and this issue still occurs on some machines, check the version of the Form on those machines
1. Open Outlook
2, Click Tools | Options | Other | Advanced Options | Custom Forms | Manage Forms
3, Check the version of the Aftermail form that is deployed to the Organisation Forms library. Update this to the latest version if it is not already.
4, Check if there is an Aftermail form deployed to the Personal Forms, if there is, remove it.
