Is there a way to determine what mailbox a message is linked to via Search? -
Description
When running a search, is there a way to tell what mailbox a message resides in (or what mailboxes a message is linked to) from the search result screen? -
Resolution
If you open the Message, the TO, CC and BCC fields will give you an indication of what mailbox(es) the message resides in.
Sometimes this may not be accurate, as the TO field may be a Facebook Group that the user is a part of, which does not have a mailbox in Archive Manager.
We are looking into the possibility of changing the result of the search to provide a better indication on what mailbox(es) a message resides in.

Enhancement Request TF00625148 has been submitted to Development for consideration in a future release of Archive Manager.
