Your Journal mailbox has stopped scanning and you find the following error in the DL.wlog
[80004005]: Unspecified error

The expected XML node type was XmlDeclaration,but the actual type is Element
Verify where Autodiscover is pointing to when attempting a DNS look up. Depending on where Autodiscover DNS lookups are going you may need to manually add a hosts file entry for Autodiscover pointing to your On-Premise Exchange server
WORKAROUND
1. Open your Local hosts file on the ArchiveManager machine C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\etc
2. Ping the Exchange server where the Journal Mailbox resides to note the IP
3. Create an entry for Autodiscover.company.com to point to the IP address of the On-Premise Exchange server hosting the Journal mailbox.
E.g.
Autodiscover.company.local 10.10.1.2
4. Save the hosts file and ensure you can open Outlook with the ArchiveMgr_Journal profile.
5. Verify if the Journal mailbox is scanning or not.
