When using the clone Wizard, the following error occurs.
"Failed to compare the versions of operating system running on the source domain controller and target computer. Failed to open the registry key 'SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Updates' System cannot find the file specified"
That Registry does not exist on at least one of the machines.
Create the Registry key on both machines
Windows Registry:
Quest does not provide support for problems that arise from improper modification of the registry. The Windows registry contains information critical to your computer and applications. Make sure you back up the registry before modifying it.
