Cause
ASP.NET restriction set to Not Allowed in ISAPI and CGI Restrictions at the IIS Server level in Internet Information Services (IIS) -
Resolution
1. Open Internet Information Services Manager on the server hosting the ArchiveManager website
2. Click on the IIS server name in the left pane
3. Under IIS click on ISAPI and CGI Restrictions
4. Ensure sure both ASP.NET v4.0.x restrictions are set to allow.
5. Open the ArchiveManager Website, iisreset is optional.
