Resolution
1. Stop the Archive Manager Full Text Index and Search Services and ensure that FTIAttachmentWorker.exe is not running in Task Manager.
2. Copy the entire Index folder to a new location.
3. Ensure the NTFS permissions have not changed.
4. Open the Archive Manager Configuration Editor and change the "Full Text Index Location" path to the new location.
5. Restart the Archive Manager Full Text Index and Search Services.
