When attempting to open a ticket, an error is received: Oops! Something went wrong.

When clicking on More Info, the following error is observed: Uncaught Error in /kbox/kboxwww/adminui/ticket.php on line 70: Call to a member function GetUserId() on null.

This is related to ID K1-18697 and is currently under investigation. This is expected to be addressed in a future release of the K1000.

There is currently a work-around that should help make the ticket accessible.
To resolve this error with the ticket:
NOTE: This action is not available from the All Queues view. It will be necessary to choose a specific queue to use Choose Action | Reassign To.
