Unable to replicate as no valid transport protocols are available
Description
Hot Add replication fail with error "Unable to replicate as no valid transport protocols are available".
Cause
VA-based Hot-Add replication method not selected.
Resolution
Steps to resolve:
Open vRanger, select Tools dropdown menu, select Options, click Transport Failover. Make sure VA-Based Hot-Add is checked, and at the top of the transport failover order.
Restart the vRanger services
Recreate the replication job. When creating the job make sure to preseed the Replica VM [if present] to avoid from creating a new replica.
