ESXi VA replication fails with Error Message: 3201 - can't open [DataStore] vm/vm.vmdk -
Description
Replication with Virtual Center and VA's may fail with "Error Message: 3201 - can't open [DataStore] vm/vm.vmdk" when multiple NICs are configured on the vRabger server.

Cause
vRanger will bind to the first NIC listed in the binding order, if this NIC is on a different network segment vRanger will be unable to communicate with Virtual Center or the VAs.

Resolution
Correct the binding order of your NICs. This can be done via
Network Connections>Advanced>Advanced Settings
