When attempting a backup of a VM, it fails with "Error Message: 3201 - can't open [DATA_STORE] VM/VM.vmdk"
It may be due to Internet Information Services (IIS) being turned on in the vCenter Server
To verify this, access the VC through the MOB from the vRanger Server
Open a web browser, type https://virtualcenterIP/mob/
If the error in the attached screenshot is observed then IIS needs to be disabled on the VC Server
