When automatically deploying a VA to an ESXi 5.0 host , it fails with "Error: Permission to perfo (4045017)

When automatically deploying a VA with vRanger, it fails with:

"Error: Permission to perform this error was denied"

Inadequate permissions are assigned to the Virtual Center User.

Please assign a Virtual Center User that has top level permissions.

After this is performed, you will be able to deploy the Virtual Appliance.

If you want to add a user that is not a top level VC user, please add the permissions as per the vRanger Installation Guide; page 21

You will also need to add the following permissions:

add vApp/Import, Host/Inventory/Modify Cluster, and Virtual Machine/Interaction/VMware Tools install
