How to: get a consistent SQL backup when access is not available
Description

Rapid Recovery is detecting a presence of the SQL server on protected machine but there are no credentials available to access it with sysadmin role. SQL instance is shown yellow. Domain Admins are unable to access SQL system since it's a SQL Authentication only. DBA is not ready to provide credentials for accessing the system.
Cause

Insufficient access level to SQL system
Resolution

Backup of the SQL machine will still happen, however SQL databases won't be in consistent state and SQL restoration can be troublesome.
To resolve the issue please ask the DBA to create a SQL Maintenance Plan, that will backup all SQL databases to the specific local folder in form of BAK files. Then adjust the protection schedule, so it'll backup the SQL server after the Maintenance Plan finishes its work.
