Transfer fails with "Value cannot be null. Parameter name: list" for agents with Oracle DB

Setup:
- Core 6.3 version is installed
- Agent 6.2.1.100 is installed on machines hosting Oracle databases

Steps to recreate:
1. Protect agent
2. Force snapshot, go to the "Events" tab and check transfer job

Expected result:
Transfer job has succeeded

Actual result:
Transfer job has failed on "Determining Data To Send" with error "Value cannot be null. Parameter name: list" for some volumes:

    

This has been identified as defect RR-108782 and it will be resolved in a future release.

Workaround:
Upgrade agent to same version as Core (v6.3 and onwards).
