Cause
There is a record in the Core's Mounts menu of a recovery point being actively mounted in the same mount point you are attempting to use. It might even show as Deleted as it may have been removed already in Windows Explorer, but was never dismounted from the Core's Mounts menu. -
Resolution
You should make sure that there are no actively mounted recovery points in the Mounts menu. If the case is that the recovery point was physically deleted from the mount folder location, i.e. C:\ProgramData\AppRecovery\MountPoints\ for example, the mounted recovery point will still show as Deleted in the Mounts menu. If that is the case, you still need to Dismount that record.
**Note: It is also recommended that you empty your recovery points mount folder, for example the default which is C:\ProgramData\AppRecovery\MountPoints. If you're finished using the data from the mounted recovery point, make sure you dismount the recovery point just like shown in the above image and ensuring there are no folders left behind in the mounts folder location.
