Does Rapid Recovery support ARM CPU Architecture? -
Cause
Rapid Recovery does not support ARM CPU architectures. Microsoft has created a special emulator layer that allows traditional 32-bit desktop applications to run on ARM processors, however Windows 10 for ARM is not fully compatible with all application for Windows, please refer to following link:

Resolution
Rapid Recovery supports only x86 and x64 CPU architectures.
