To resolve the issue please investigate first, to what actual disk the mountpoint is pointing to. It's possible to do through the Disk Management, right-click each disk and selecting "Change drive letter and Paths". After that, please open Database and Logs folders on the same disk and use Exchange Management Console (EMC) to move the database from mountpoint to the actual location.
Please note that database will be dismounted during the move and users will lose a connection.

After database was migrated, please force another snapshot and initiate a mountability check in agents' Recovery Points for that last snapshot.
