ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED - Core Console Doesn't Load -
Description
When attempting to launch the Core, the following error is returned: This web page is not available ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED -
Cause
The AppAssure or Rapid Recovery Core Service has not started and is not running. -
Resolution
1. Open services.msc
2. Find the Core service. Right click on it | select properties | ensure that it is set to "automatic/delayed start"
3. Start the service wait for its status to be Started
4. Reload the webpage in the browser
