Description
Resizing or moving the deduplication cache fails with error "cache_io_engine: windows error 87" if the cache is located on a disk with a sector size of 4KB. Cause
The issue has been identified as defect RR-103469. -
Resolution
Workaround:Locate the DVM Deduplication Cache on a drive with the regular 512B sector size.Solution:This issue is resolved in Rapid Recovery 6.2. The installers for the most recent build of Rapid Recovery can be found @ Rapid Recovery - Download Software. -
