Virtual Appliance Deployment Wizard doesn't show all hosts
Description

The Virtual Appliance (VA) deployment wizard does not show all hosts.
Cause

If the hosts are inside folders that have been created within Virtual Center then you will not be able to see those hosts. When hosts are outside Virtual Center's folder structure they able to be seen by the wizard and can be used for VA deployment, however once inside a folder of the VC the host is no longer visable to the VA deployment wizard.
Resolution

The Virtual Appliance can be manually deployed through vSphere and then added to vRanger afterwards. The process is described in KB article 99003:

Remove the folders within Virtual Center to avoid the issue altogether.
