Description
vRanger backups randomly error out with : 'System.OutOfMemoryException' was thrown. -
Resolution
1. On vRanger browse to: C:\Program Files\Quest\vRanger
2. Locate and open with notepad file "Vizioncore.vRanger.Service.exe.config".
3. Search configuration for "CifsTimeout".
4. Change setting from 300 to 900, save the changes and restart the Quest vRanger Service.
