No, Windows Server 2012 is not a supported platform for vRanger installation at this point. It is possible to install vRanger on this OS, but vRanger won't be able to run any jobs itself due to the limitations of VDDK 5.0.
Workaround: Deploy Virtual Appliance(s) and configure each job to use a VA. This way the jobs will be ran off VA(s), bypassing VDDK limitations.
