Attachability fails with the following error:

Also, in the Event Logs on the Core you can find a lot of events with 909, 905 and 933 IDs.
To find out the current version of your SQL instance:
If you find that you have Standard SQL edition on the Core and Enterprise SQL edition on the Agent, please upgrade Core instance to Enterprise level.
