Cannot update credentials used by Repository -
Description
When attempting to update the credentials used by vRanger to access a repository you receive and error "Cannot add the repository because the password you entered does not match the password in the manifest" -
Cause
This is an Encrypted repository and the Encryption password is missing or incorrect. -
Resolution
You must enter the correct Encryption password in order for vRanger to update this repository. If you do not have that password handy you will need to create a new repository.
In order to use the savepoints in that repository for restore operations you will need to locate the correct password as we are unable to recover this for you.
