A new option is available in this version for ticket comments under:
Service Desk | Configuration | Service Desk Queue Email settings
When "Allow embedded images in emails" is checked, images attached to the body of email generated tickets and their comments will be embedded in the summary, instead of being added as an attachment.
Maximum total embedded images
Allows administrators to set the maximum amount of embedded images per email.
