Starting in version 12.1 of the KACE Systems Management Appliance and with the rollout of Windows 11. A feature was added to help IT personnel know what devices are capable of upgrading to Windows 11.
This article shows how to run this report and provides relevant information about the upgrade procedure.
Resolution
In order for this feature to work, the agent must be on version 12.1 or higher, and currently connected to the SMA.
1. Open the AdminUI
2. Reporting
3. Reports
4. Use the search list box and search for "Windows 11"
5. The list will be updated and the Windows 11 Readiness Assessment report will be available
6. Click on the any format
7. After the report is generated the results will look like the following:
Note: To add filters to limit devices, or add more fields; the report must be duplicated first.
