KACE Auto Update does not find the automatic update but the release can be found on the download page (4248325)

Regularly new KACE appliance versions are released and made available on the download page.
The automatic update can be found here:

SMA: Settings | Appliance Updates
SDA: Settings | Appliance Maintenance

A click to Check for Update shows the version for the server and (if applicable) the agent as current.
In the Log, the following occurs:

This is works as designed.
The release process works as follows:

1. the update kbin is released and made available over the download page so a manual update can be done.
2. A few weeks after the update the VM is built for a major version (6.0, 7.0, 8.0, etc)
3. A few weeks later the auto-update feature is enabled for some appliances step by step until all appliances which are in service and checking in correctly got the opportunity to update.

The manual update will always work.

SMA:
