When duplicating a service desk queue from the admin console, the following error occurs:
PHP Error: Uncaught Unhandled Exception in /kbox/kboxwww/include/KTicketQueue.class.php on line 2479: mysqli error: [1062: Duplicate entry '200' for key 'PRIMARY'] in EXECUTE("INSERT INTO EMAIL_TEMPLATE (ID,OBJECT_TYPE,OBJECT_ID,NAME,SUBJECT,BODY,MARKDOWN) VALUES ('200','HD_QUEUE','20','escalation','[$ticket_number] ESCALATION $ticket_title','Ticket Escalated.\nThis $ticket_priority priority ticket has been escalated and an escalation email will be sent every $ticket_escalation_minutes minutes.\n\nFor complete details, see:\n https://your_k1000/userui/ticket?ID=$ticket_id \n\n','0')")
After the error, a new queue does exist and fields have been duplicated, but items such as ticket notifications are not duplicated.

This only affects version 10.2
