Description

Quest KACE customers may be seeking certain device drivers that are not listed on our website. The challenge here is that we are unable to control what drivers are made available by manufacturers such as Dell, HP, and Lenovo, due to legal and contractual limitations.
Cause

KACE System Deployment Appliance displays and distributes drivers that are officially released and approved by manufacturers. This assures our customers that they are receiving authorized, reliable, and high-quality drivers for their devices.
Resolution
1. Ensure that your KACE SDA has internet access, and that it has egress access to the required sites:
  - *.downloads.dell.com
  - download.lenovo.com
  - ftp.hp.com
2. You can then allow KACE SDA Driver Packages and IDs access to Dell, HP, and Lenovo repositories.
