Receiving "Script Error 8004100c" when loading KBE -
Description
When loading a KBE, the Script Error "Could not complete the operation due to error 8004100c" shows before opening the KACE Boot Environment.

Cause
This normally happens with new KBEs created with Dell Driver Pack A29 or newer versions due to some Network drivers.
It's affecting several models, but not all.

Resolution
Create a new KBE using the latest Dell Driver Pack but deleting the following Network drivers after extracting them:
- Download the latest Dell Driver Pack using this Link and select "Download Now".
- Extract the .CAB file using 7zip. Look for the Network and Storage folders inside x64.
- After extracting these drivers, replace them inside " \\KaceSDA\Drivers\kbe_windows_x64\" and make sure all the other folders inside "\\KaceSDA\Drivers\" are empty. You can back them up outside Samba if you like, but they need to be empty when creating the new KBE.
- Open the extracted "Network" folder and delete the following drivers, if listed:

- It might be required to add Network drivers for the specific models you are deploying from "\\KaceSDA\drivers_postinstall\...\Network\" following the Install Location path from Driver Feed, excluding those that are known to cause the Script Error.
- Next, you must Recache All Drivers in the SDA's WebUI (Settings | Appliance Maintenance | Recache All Drivers).
- Once the status at the upper right corner is back to IDLE, create a new KBE to test with.
