Unable to retrieve any details when browsing to K2000 System Deployment Appliance on the following admin pages:- Pre-Installed Task
- Post-Installation Task
- User States
The following Error messages appeared at the top red bar:

Cause
The Error message is being displayed at the Settings | Appliance Maintenance | K2000 Appliance Updates > Update Status:
Error: error: 1407742E: SSL routines: SSL23_GET_SERVER_HELLO:tlsv1 alert protocol version (35)

Resolution
Check your administrator workstation machine for any AntiVirus Suite or any Web Control Applications that could have blocked the request for pages to the K2000 Systems Deployment Appliance.
