When trying to assign an iOS device to the Apple Device Enrollment Program An error returns: "Couldn't Assign Device"
Description

When assigning an iOS device to the Apple Device Enrollment Program (DEP) the following error returns: Couldn't Assign Device
Cause

This issue occurs in the Apple DEP portal, is an Apple DEP issue and has nothing to do with KACE Cloud.
Resolution

Possible Workaround:

Please try adding the device to Apple DEP using Apple Configurator 2.5 or higher. See Solution 244694 for more info.

If this does not resolve the issue then please contact Apple support for further assistance.
